Online
Online booking opens at 10am on Wednesday 7th July.
To buy online simply browse the events calendar and click the Book link for each event you would like to attend. Then follow the 5 steps:
- Choose the number of tickets you would like
- Choose where you would like to sit
- Confirm your booking
- Enter your details - at this point you can continue shopping and add more tickets to your basket
- Finally, enter your credit or debit card details.
By Post
The postal booking form has been removed from the brochure this year for the following reasons:
- Security – to prevent customers’ card and personal details being intercepted in the post and being used by third parties
- Availability – booking by post, especially after telephone and website bookings have opened, does not allow for up-to-date knowledge of event availability, and we have found that many people are disappointed by events having sold out by the time their request reaches us. Further correspondence between the Festival office and the customer is frequently required, and also a degree of returning/refunding cheques. Telephone and website are the preferred methods as they give accurate representations of available tickets.
- Reliability – every year the Box Office does its best to cater for those people whose postal bookings have unfortunately gone astray in the post, but it is not always possible to allocate the events that had initially been requested.
If for any reason a customer feels uncomfortable or unable to book by telephone, website or in person, we would welcome written requests for tickets, but remind them kindly that availability is subject to the points listed above.
PRIORITY POSTAL BOOKING will still be available for Friends and Benefactors, and forms (posted separately to Members) should be sent to the Windsor Festival address listed below.
Postal correspondence should be addressed to:
Windsor Festival Society Ltd,
3 Park Street,
Windsor,
Berkshire
SL4 1LU.
Cheques should be made payable to Windsor Festival Society Ltd. Please allow ten days' cheque clearance.
