2011 marks the 3rd Windsor Festival International String Competition, which will take place 14th - 18th March 2011. Launched in memory of Sir Yehudi Menuhin, one of the founding Artistic Directors of the Festival, the competition is now the most important international competition in the United Kingdom for violinists, violists and cellists between the ages of 16 and 26 years of all nationalities. From over 100 entrants from all corners of the globe, eight have now been selected to perform in the semi-finals, in front of our panel of international jury.
